Policy on Batteries

Due to the nature of batteries and the fact that we are not a physical retailer (brick and mortar) without the ability to accept returns our policy is that ALL BATTERY SALES ARE FINAL. That said all our batteries are direct from the manufacturer and if you have any issues with a battery you can try reaching out to them but we are not able to swap or credit you for batteries that are reported as not working. We want to have the best selection of batteries for you as the average similar website has next to no batteries let alone close to 20 kinds like we do but to do that we have to eliminate problems by making this policy. Please understand there are many options (both online and at a local vape shop) for batteries so if you don’t like that policy that is totally understandable and you’re welcome to shop elsewhere.
