Due to the nature of batteries and the fact that we are not a physical retailer (brick and mortar) without the ability to accept returns our policy is that ALL BATTERY SALES ARE FINAL. That said all our batteries are direct from the manufacturer and if you have any issues with a battery you can try reaching out to them but we are not able to swap or credit you for batteries that are reported as not working. We want to have the best selection of batteries for you as the average similar website has next to no batteries let alone close to 20 kinds like we do but to do that we have to eliminate problems by making this policy. Please understand there are many options (both online and at a local vape shop) for batteries so if you don't like that policy that is totally understandable and you're welcome to shop elsewhere.

Please always consult a website like Allbud.com or Leafly.com and go by what the strain is listed as and described like there. Some manufacturers we work with will interchangeably list carts as Sativa or Sativa Dominant Hybrid (SDH) or Indica or Indica Dominant Hybrid (IDH). In addition the difference between a Sativa or 90%/80% Sativa Dominant Hybrid is negligible and inconsequential. It all comes down to the terpenes in the strain. There are Indica Dominant Hybrid strains that are more heavily sedative than full Indica's. It all comes down to the terpenes present and how they affect you personally. To make a blanket statement and say Indica Dominant Hybrids do not hit as hard or offer the same pain relief or sedative qualities as much as a full indica is nonsense. If you need to change any information about your shipping please email us right away with your order number. We cannot make any changes once your order has been shipped.

If the package goes missing in transit we will replace the order. If it has been delivered but you never received it, it must be reshipped with the signature required in order to be replaced.

By default all packages are sent without signature required. If you wish to add signature for your package you can do so for $2. The option will be available when completing your order.

Please keep in mind we will NOT refund or replace any packages that go missing if you choose to not sign for your package.

No, if Signature upon delivery is an option you would like to add on make sure that the order has a value of $100 or more. Orders that have the signature add on that do not qualify (under $100) will have a $2.00 Credit placed on the next order and the current order will be sent via Canada Post flat rate box as per our shipping policy. One option you do have for orders under $100 is to use a free Canada Post Flex Address which will allow you to pick up your package at a post office of your choosing where you will need to present ID to collect your package. Please ask us if you have any questions about this policy or need help with the Flex Address set up.

We ship your order safely and discreetly using Canada Post. All orders are tracked and shipped Xpress Post*. We ship Xpress Post and you can expect your order within 1-2 business days. Once the packages are in the hands of the carriers, we cannot direct or influence their delivery time.

We ship from Metro Vancouver.

*Eastern Canadian orders that are less than $100 will ship via Flat Rate Box (Expedited - 4-5 Days) due to increases in Canada Post pricing for Xpress Post.

In addition all Edible/Gummy orders over 500 grams will ship flat rate box (expedited). Please see individual product pages for weight or contact us for clarification before you order.

Shipping is a flat rate of $20 and FREE for orders over $200.

If a product has arrived and does not work you have 48 hours upon receiving the package to notify us. We will then send a replacement or store credit.

You may be asked further questioning and photos which will be evaluated by our product team. Once our product team has evaluated your case, if suitable, we will either provide you with a store credit or a replacement for your product(s).

You also acknowledge that you are responsible to make sure you have received the correct order and items. If there is an error with your package, you have 48 hours upon receiving your package to notify us. Failure to do so, the customer care team may not be able to assist you with your order.

Other than that all sales are final. We can not exchange a cart if you don't like its flavour, etc.

If you submit your order and payment before 4PM PST, your order will be shipped out on the same day. If we receive the order or payment after 4PM PST, it will then be shipped out on the next business day.

Orders get processed after payment has been received.

All our member information is stored in secure, SSL encrypted servers. We NEVER provide your personal info to anyone else ever.

We guarantee you will get your package if it's lost or damaged but if you use a wrong or incomplete address sadly there is nothing we can do for you. Please verify your address when you make your order and again when we send you the payment details and order confirmation emails. If you forgot a unit number or used your old address not to worry let us know before your package ships and we can update the address.
