If you need to change any information about your shipping please email us right away with your order number. We cannot make any changes once your order has been shipped.

If the package goes missing in transit we will replace the order. If it has been delivered but you never received it, it must be reshipped with the signature required in order to be replaced.

By default all packages are sent without signature required. If you wish to add signature for your package you can do so for $2. The option will be available when completing your order.

Please keep in mind we will NOT refund or replace any packages that go missing if you choose to not sign for your package.
