With a Canada Post Strike starting again on September 26th we will be switching to Purolator shipping. Please note if you want your package shipped Canada Post still that will be possible we will just hold it. That being said, we do not anticipate the strike lasting as long as last year’s strike.
Purolator Ground will take around 2-5 business days depending on how far away from Vancouver you are. And this will be at no additional cost to you! Place your order like usual and it will ship within 24-48 hours and we will provide you with a Purolator tracking #.
Please note Purolator cannot ship to PO Boxes and Canada Post Flex Addresses. So you will need a physical address. If there is a Purolator store or Penguin Pickup location near to you your packages can be sent there for pick up. Contact us for details on how to do this.
For the duration of the strike our flat rate shipping will be increased to $25 from $20 to cover the additional costs of using Purolator. But will return to $20 once the strike is over. But don’t forget … FREE SHIPPING OVER $200 still applies to all orders!
Nunavut, NWT, Yukon and Newfoundland will have an additional surcharge. Email us for more info. In addition our minimum order amount has been temporarily raised to $80 (from $50).
For Metro Vancouver and Fraser Valley residents we will again have a 3rd party courier on road to directly deliver to you! We will contact you after placing an order with delivery details.
